How Do I Work
What would it be worth to you to regain your health and get your life back? How would it feel to not let your symptoms rule your life? Do you remember the last time you woke up feeling energized and ready for the day ahead? Work with me and you'll successfully address all of these issues and then some!
How often do we meet?
Our coaching sessions will take place over the phone so that you can be coached from the comfort of your own home. It’s important that you’re in a space that allows you to focus totally and completely on you and what’s going on in your body.
I recommend weekly sessions for most of my clients. A week gives you enough time to reflect on our prior session and complete any fieldwork you may have had.
What can you expect?
You can expect a session that is 100% focused on you. I'll ask the tough questions that will help you identify and eliminate any barriers in your way. You will become your own Health Detective and learn to pinpoint what's going on with your body with the skill of a precision artist.
As time passes, you'll experience increased awareness about your body, your symptoms and your life. Armed with this information, you'll be able to make the decisions and lifestyle changes that will greatly improve your overall well-being.
