Who Can I Help?

I work with women that have chronic health challenges.

Health and wellness is a continuum and it's even more volatile when you suffer from a chronic health condition. You may be at one end of the spectrum one day and then at a completely different place another day.

I work with women who are tired of the health merry go round that chronic illness can put you through.   We’ll work not only on your health challenge, but on the emotions that are sure to surface along the way.

Do any of these situations sound like you?

  • "I've been to several doctors and none of them have a clue what's going on!" I’ve been there and have a proven system (I was my own first client) to help you bring clarity to your situation and find someone to work with.

  • "I've just been diagnosed and I have no idea what to do next." While a diagnosis is helpful, it’s often the beginning of a new chapter of your life. How do you deal with it? Yes, your doctor has given you instructions to follow, but you’re finding it easier said than done. How can you incorporate these changes into your life in a way that makes sense for you? These are a few questions that we’ll explore.

  • "Something about the diagnosis the doctor gave me just doesn't make sense." Unfortunately, even doctors make mistakes.  I'll work with you to help you uncover these untruths and get to the bottom of your health challenge.

  • "I've been fighting with the same health goal forever and I just can't get it right." Or, maybe you’ve been tackling the same health issue over and over. Smoking cessation, weight loss and fatigue are a few that may come to mind. Work with me and we’ll find out what’s in your way and work to remove any blockages so that you can reach your wellness goals.

The list is endless. Your health and wellness is the most important aspect of your life. Can you think of anything better than to take control of your health and regain freedom over your life? It’s worth it to get help now.

We will work very well together if you:

  • have a "whatever it takes" attitude about regaining your health and reclaiming your life.

  • understand that this will be a journey and will require a committment on your part

  • have passed the whining stage and are ready to get to work!
