There are many ways for us to work together depending upon your goals and whether you prefer to work alone, with a group, or with me individually. Here are a few options:


Wellness Evaluation

Do you consider yourself to be a do-it-yourselfer? If you’re the type that just needs general assistance in developing basic wellness strategy, then this is for you. We start with a snapshot of where you are and where you want to be. For 45 minutes, we focus 100% on anything that you feel is standing in your way. At the end of our session, I’ll give my personal recommendation about what the best way to begin your journey.


Customized Workshops/Group Coaching

This is a special series for those that would like to work with a specific group of friends, family members or coworkers. You determine the focus of our sessions. Samples include: weight loss, lack of energy, or a specific ailment.

This is a great way to focus on your health with the strength and support of friends and/or family.


Individual Coaching

Want individual attention? Then this is for you. Working with me one on one ensures that we focus 100% on you. Our first session will be used to set the course of our work together.

This is a great way to ensure accountability in pursuing your wellness goals.
