Verria’s passion for helping professional women achieve their health goals comes from her own personal traumatic experience. She knows firsthand what it feels like to have your health ruin your career and family life.
While pursuing a marketing career, Verria’s mother died and her health took a turn for the worse. Sugar laden treats, processed foods, and long work hours had left her immune system too weak to fight back. Her lifestyle had finally caught up with her and Verria found herself unable to function at home and work.
This downward spiral continued for years. Her symptoms were all over the place and she no energy. She saw countless specialists, none of whom were able to diagnose or treat her. Tired of suffering, Verria decided to take control of her own health. She became a Certified Wellness Consultant and made positive lifestyle changes, which led to remarkable results.
Verria was convinced there was more to health and wellness than looking to doctors for the answers. Friends and family noticed a change in her health and began seeking Verria’s assistance with their own health struggles. Unbeknownst to her at the time, Verria began coaching others in their wellness journey.
Verria left Corporate America in 2004 with the goal of helping others realize their full health potential. She graduated from the International Coaching Academy and has since focused her practice on the unique needs of women as they pursue their wellness journey.

Verria completed the Certified Professional Coach Program at the International Coaching Academy (ICA). ICA has gone through a rigorous process of accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is one of a select few to achieve the impressive designation of Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). Such accredited programs are continuously reviewed and evaluated for excellence in curricula, core competencies, faculty, structure, proficiency, and ethics to support the highest quality coach training.
